A new product has arrived from Yamakami Kaju Yakusoen in Sanakawachi Village, Tokushima Prefecture. It is Citrus Cordial , a thick, sweet concentrated syrup made by extracting the extract of yuzu after pressing.
Please drink it 5-7 times with water or carbonated water. If you mix it with "Shibori-Vinegar made from whole Yuzu citrus fruits and shaved peel," it becomes a light, non-alcoholic cocktail-like beverage. We also recommend mixing it with milk or soy milk. It is also delicious served with yogurt or vanilla ice cream.
