(3) Point calculation method
Two points will be awarded for every 100 yen (including tax) spent on a single purchase.

(1) Members may use the points they have at the time of purchase of a product as 1 yen per point and apply them to the payment of the price of the product.
(2) Points can be used when logging into the Site and purchasing products. However, points may not be used for certain products designated by the Company.
(3) Members may not exchange points for cash under any circumstances.

5. Validity period of points
Points are valid for one year from the date of the last purchase. Points will become invalid if they are not used or given within the expiration date. We will not notify you of the expiration date, so please manage your points carefully.
Article 5: Use of Payment Services
When paying for product purchases via convenience store payment or postal transfer, we ask that you use the payment service provided by GMO Epsilon, Inc. Article 6 Processing of Product Returns
(1) If a purchased product is returned, the points awarded for the purchase will be deducted and the points used will be returned to the member.
(2) If the points held by the member are used and the points are reduced due to the return of the product, the member may be asked to settle the amount in cash.
Article 7 Changes to Registered Information
Members shall promptly register changes to their registered information if any changes occur. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by failure to make such changes. Even if a member registers a change, transactions that have already taken place prior to the registration will be conducted based on the information provided prior to the registration.
Article 8 Withdrawal from membership
(1) Members may withdraw from membership at any time. Points held at the time of withdrawal and eligibility to use the service will become invalid upon completion of the withdrawal procedure by the Company. Withdrawal from membership shall be made only by the member himself/herself.
(2) Even if a member withdraws from the membership, the member's obligations that have already accrued at that time will not be affected, and the Terms and Conditions will still apply.
Article 9 Suspension of Service and Revocation of Membership
(1) If a member falls under any of the following, the Company may, without prior notice to the member, suspend the member's use of the service, cancel the member's membership, or take any other action the Company deems appropriate.
(1) When a member is not the member himself/herself or has lost membership
(2) If the member's whereabouts become unknown and the Company is unable to contact the member
(iii) If a member does any of the prohibited acts set forth in Article 11 below
(4) In the event that the Company reasonably determines that the member is unsuitable for membership in terms of the operation of the service.
(2) Even if a member's membership is revoked in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the member's obligations that have already accrued at that time will not be affected, and the Terms and Conditions will still apply.
Article 10 Handling of Personal Information
(1) For the purpose of operating the service, the Company collects and uses the following personal information from members (hereinafter referred to as "personal information").

Article 11 Prohibitions

Article 12 Maintenance of the Service

(1) In the event of routine or emergency maintenance of the system
(2) In the event of natural disasters such as fire or earthquake, social unrest such as war or civil war, or sabotage by a third party that makes it difficult to operate the system
(3)When requested by administrative or judicial agencies based on reasonable grounds
(4)When we deem it necessary to suspend or discontinue the system for other unavoidable reasons.
Article 13 Disclaimer
(1)We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, abolish, or change (hereinafter collectively referred to as "change, etc.") all or part of the service without prior notice to members.
(2)We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members as a result of the changes, etc. described in the preceding paragraph.
(3)We shall fulfill our obligations and be exempt from liability by processing the member's registration details.
(4)We shall not be liable for any damage caused to a member due to unauthorized access to data related to the service, computer viruses, or other unauthorized acts, despite our reasonable security measures.
(5) If a member causes damage to another member or a third party by using the service, the member shall be responsible for resolving the matter at the member's own expense and responsibility, and the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
Article 14 Copyright and Other Intellectual Property
The rights to logos, documents, photographs, and other copyrighted materials provided by the Company on this site shall be governed by the contents of the "Copyright" section of this site.
Article 15 Compensation for Damages
In the event that a member causes damage to the company by violating this agreement or other terms and conditions stipulated by the company, or by committing an illegal or dishonest act, the company may demand compensation from the member for the damage suffered by the company.
Article 16 Use of Online Store
(1)When a member uses the site, the contents of the "User's Guide" on the site shall apply in addition to these terms and conditions.

Article 17 Miscellaneous

(2)The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Japanese law shall also apply to the use of the Service.
(3) The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any disputes arising in connection with the Service.
