Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Please contact the Matsuyama Yushi Customer Service Center within 5 business days of receipt of the product.
If the product is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from your order, we will immediately replace the product at our expense (we will make every effort to deliver the product with the utmost care to avoid this).
If the return is due to the customer's own reasons, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. In addition, if the total amount of the returned merchandise is less than 5,500 yen (including tax), the customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs. Please understand this in advance.
We do not accept exchanges of products due to customer's reasons. In addition, we may not be able to accept order cancellations because we begin preparing for shipment immediately after receiving an order. If you have ordered the wrong item, please place a new order for the item you want.
