On the page that opens, carefully read the "Membership Agreement", check the "I agree to the Membership Agreement" checkbox, and press "Proceed to Membership Registration".
All fields on the registration page are required. Please register an address that is unlikely to be deleted in the future and can receive e-mail from info@matsuyama.co.jp. Please avoid passwords that are easy to predict, such as birthdays. Security is enhanced by using a single-byte alphanumeric character containing uppercase and lowercase letters and symbols. Press "Register" to complete your registration. You will receive an email notification that your registration has been completed.
Immediately after your registration is completed, you will be automatically logged into the online store; for the second and subsequent visits, please press the left-most icon on the upper right of the page to open the login page, enter your e-mail address and password, and press "Login". My Page will open. Press the Matsuyama Oil & Fat logo in the upper left corner of the page to open the online store top page.
To change your password, please set it from "Reset Password". You will receive an e-mail with a URL to reset your password. Please follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password. After the password reset is completed, you will be automatically logged in to the online store and My Page will appear.
You can change your membership information (name, address, phone number, and e-mail address) and cancel your membership from My Page. When you cancel your membership, a withdrawal completion e-mail will be sent to you; however, when you change your membership information, no change completion e-mail will be sent to you.
You will not be able to check points, order history, or print out delivery slips and receipts.
Please check the "Subscribe to the Matsuyama Mail Magazine" checkbox displayed on the payment screen when placing an order, and complete your order to become a registered member. If you wish to unsubscribe from the e-mail magazine, please follow the link in the e-mail magazine to unsubscribe.

Press the Matsuyama Yushi logo in the upper left corner of the page to open the top page of the online store. Press the photo of each brand to see a list of products. The top page also lists representative products of each brand. Search by Brand" and "Search by Product Type," which appear by pressing the hamburger menu at the far right of the icons displayed in the upper right corner of the page, are also useful.
Pressing the product photo or the information at the bottom of the photo will display a detailed page with product features, capacity, price, and all ingredients. Select the capacity and type of container (bottle or refill, etc.) and enter the "quantity. Press "Add to Cart" to open the shopping cart page, which displays the selected product name and quantity. If you want to think carefully before adding a product to your shopping cart, or if you don't want to buy it now but want to remember the product, press the "Add to favorites" button. Confirm the product name, container type, capacity and quantity shown on the shopping cart page. If they are correct, press "Proceed with Order" at the bottom of the page. Points can be used at the rate of 1 point = 1 yen. The number of points available in your shopping cart will be displayed, so please enter the number of points you wish to use and click "Use Points". The total amount of your order after using points will be displayed on the final payment page. We accept delivery requests within the period of 7 to 14 days after the delivery date; if you would like to request a date after the 15th, please place your order with a date in mind. Press the triangle to the right of the "Use new address" field to select your previous shipping address.
