We recommend registering as a member to obtain and use points.

Membership Registration

1. Member Registration

Press "Member Registration" above to open the registration page. Alternatively, press the person icon in the upper right corner to open the login page, and then press "New Member Registration" at the bottom of the page. On the page that opens, carefully read the "Membership Agreement", check the "I agree to the Membership Agreement" checkbox, and press "Proceed to Membership Registration".

All fields on the registration page are required. E-mail addresses cannot be changed later. Please register an address that is unlikely to be deleted in the future and can receive mail from info@matsuyama.co.jp. Please avoid passwords that are easy to predict, such as birthdays. Security is enhanced by using a one-byte alphanumeric character containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and symbols.

Press "Register" to complete your registration. You will receive an email notification that your registration has been completed.

2. Log in

After your registration is completed, you will be automatically logged in to the online store. Enter your e-mail address and password at the bottom of the page, and press "Login". My Page will open. Press the Matsuyama Yushi logo in the upper left corner of the page to open the online store top page.

If you have forgotten your password, press "Forgot your password? Press the "Forgot your password? You will receive an e-mail with a URL to reset your password. Follow the instructions on the screen to reset your password. Once your password has been reset, you will be automatically logged in to the online store and My Page will appear.

3. Mail Magazine Registration

Click "Mail Magazine Sign Up" at the bottom of the page, and sign up on the page that opens. If you wish to unsubscribe from the mail magazine, please follow the link in the mail magazine to unsubscribe.

How to order

Search for products

If you already know what you are looking for, enter a product name or keyword in the "Search Products" box at the upper right corner of each page, and press "→" or the Enter key.

Press the Matsuyama Yushi logo in the upper left corner of the page to open the top page of the online store. Pressing the picture of each brand will display a list of products. The top page also lists representative products of each brand. Search by Brand" and "Search by Product Type," which appear by pressing the hamburger menu at the far right of the icons displayed in the upper right corner of the page, are also useful.

2. Selecting and adding products

Pressing the product photo or the information at the bottom of the photo will display a detailed page with product features, capacity, price, all ingredients, etc. Select the capacity and type of container (bottle or refill, etc.) and enter the "quantity. Click "Add to Cart" to open the shopping cart page, which displays the selected product name and quantity. The shopping cart page can also be opened by clicking on the shopping bag icon, which is the second icon from the right of the icons displayed in the upper right corner of the page.

If you want to think carefully before adding an item to your shopping cart, or if you don't want to buy it now but don't want to forget about it, press the "Add to favorites" button. The item will be saved in your favorites page, and you can view your previous favorites by pressing the heart icon in the upper right corner of the page.

3. Confirm the contents of your order

Confirm the product name, container type, capacity and quantity displayed on the shopping cart page. If they are correct, press "Proceed with Order" at the bottom of the page. If it is incorrect, click "Delete" or change the quantity. Gift wrapping can also be specified in the shopping cart. Click "Continue Shopping" to continue shopping.

Use your points

Points can be used at the rate of 1 point = 1 yen. The number of points available in your shopping cart will be displayed, so please enter the number of points you wish to use and click "Use Points". The total amount of your order after using points will be displayed on the final payment page. Please note that shipping charges will be incurred if the total amount of your order is less than 5,500 yen after using points. For details on points, please refer to "Points" at the bottom of this page.

5. Specify the desired delivery date and time.

If you wish to have your order delivered as soon as possible, please proceed with your order without specifying a date and time.

Specify the delivery address.

Click "Proceed with Order" in the shopping cart to move to the information page. Enter your shipping address. You can select your previous shipping address by pressing the triangle to the right of the "Use new address" field. The new address entered will be automatically registered by proceeding to the next page, and can be viewed, edited, or deleted on My Page.

7. Specify payment method

Select your payment method and billing address. Please also finalize your order and shipping address. If there are any errors or changes in the information, return to the previous page by clicking "Return to Shipping" and re-enter the information. If not, click "Pay Now" (for credit card payment) or "Complete Order".

8. Order Completion

Matsuyama Yushi Online Store will automatically send an e-mail to your registered address. You do not need to reply to the e-mail to complete your order. To ensure that we can deliver your order as quickly as possible, we will begin preparing your order for shipment immediately after we receive it. If you notice a mistake or other error, please contact the Matsuyama Yushi Customer Service Center as soon as possible with your "Order Number" provided in the e-mail. Please note that we may not be able to change or cancel your order even if you contact us. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping and Payment Methods

Shipping fee

Shipping is free for orders of 5,500 yen or more per delivery address. Shipping charges are not eligible for points. Trial sets (excluding some items) will be delivered free of charge when ordered with eligible products only.

Payment Methods

Credit card payment, AmazonPay, PayPal
  • (The date of debit and the number of payments vary depending on the contract between the customer and the credit card company.)
  • Credit cards accepted: VISA / Master Card / JCB Card / American Express After selecting "Credit Card" in "Payment Method," please enter your credit card information according to the instructions on the screen. We use the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security system. All of your important credit card information will be encrypted before transmission.
  • The total amount of payment is as follows The total price of the merchandise + shipping charges *The merchandise price includes consumption tax (amounts of less than one yen are rounded down).
  • If the order amount is over 10,000 yen including tax, or depending on the details of your purchase, you may be asked to pay by cash on delivery (COD).
  • Credit card payment is contracted with Shopify Payments, Inc.
  • If you choose a billing address outside of Japan, you will be billed in the local currency (currency rate at the time sales are confirmed). If a refund or chargeback is issued, the amount will be based on the currency rate at that time.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Cash on delivery fee: 330 yen for amounts up to 10,000 yen / 440 yen for amounts up to 30,000 yen / 660 yen for amounts up to 100,000 yen / 1,100 yen for amounts up to 300,000 yen Delivery and collection agency: Sagawa Express

  • Please pay the bill to the delivery person in charge of Sagawa Express upon arrival of the merchandise.

Convenience store payment and postal transfer (deferred payment)
  • GMO Epsilon, Inc. will send you an invoice approximately 2 weeks after the product arrives. Please note that there is a screening process before using this service. Depending on the results of the screening, you may not be able to use "deferred payment at convenience stores or postal transfer. In that case, please change to another payment method. If the previous payment has not been completed, you may not be able to use this service.
  • If you choose GMO Epsilon Postpaid Payment, it may take longer (2 business days or more) to ship your order due to credit screening. If you are in a hurry, please choose another payment method.
  • GMO Epsilon, Inc. limits the amount you can use to less than 50,000 yen in cumulative balance.
    *It may not be available if the payment has not been completed before.
  • Payment can be made at the various convenience stores and post offices indicated on the invoice.
  • Payment must be made in cash only.
  • For postal transfers, a handling fee of 110 yen (tax included) will be charged if you pay "in cash" at the counter or ATM. If you pay from your account using your bankbook or cash card, there is no service charge (revised due to service changes at post offices and Japan Post Bank effective January 17, 2022).
  • Please keep the receipt in a safe place.

From order to delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). After shipment, we will send you a "Notification of Shipment Completion" e-mail. You can check the delivery status of your order with the Sagawa Express inquiry invoice number. Please note that if you choose GMO Epsilon Postpaid Payment, it may take longer (2 business days or more) to ship due to credit checks. If you are in a hurry, please choose another payment method.


In the following cases, the shipping date will be postponed.

  • On and around our company holidays such as inventory days, summer and winter holidays, etc.
  • When confirmation of order contents is required.
  • When orders are concentrated during the busy season
  • When affected by weather conditions such as snowfall, snow accumulation, heavy rain, etc.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to seasonal and weather-related road conditions.
  • We cannot accept shipment on the same day as your order. Please place your order well in advance.
  • We will not be able to ship new orders if there are previous orders for which payment has not been confirmed.
Delivery Time Zone

You can specify the following delivery time zone. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions. Also, depending on the region, we may not be able to deliver your order at the requested time, even if you specify it. Please understand this in advance. Change of delivery address or long-term absence
  • We do not accept changes to the delivery address after the product has been shipped. In the event of re-delivery due to long-term absence, an additional shipping fee of 500 yen will be charged.
Returns and Exchanges
  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt. First, please contact the Matsuyama Yushi Customer Service Center within 5 business days of receipt of the product.
  • If the product is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from your order, we will replace it immediately at our expense (we will make every effort to deliver the product with the utmost care to avoid this).
  • In the case of a return for the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. In addition, if the total amount of the returned merchandise is less than 5,500 yen (including tax), the customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs. Please understand this in advance.
  • We do not accept exchanges of merchandise for the customer's convenience. In addition, we may not be able to accept order cancellations, as we begin preparing for shipping immediately after receiving an order. If you have ordered the wrong item, please place a new order for the item you want.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases

    1) Items that have been opened or used

    2) Items that have been damaged or scratched by the customer

    3) Items that have been in the customer's possession for more than 10 days after arrival

    4) Food items

    Delivery note and receipt
    • Delivery note: For orders placed online, the delivery note can be viewed on My Page. For this reason, we will not include a delivery note with your order. For orders placed by phone, fax, or mail, a delivery note will be included with the product.
    • Receipt: If the payment method is convenience store payment or postal transfer, the "payment receipt" issued at the time of payment will be the official receipt. For COD, please use the "receipt" attached to the shipping company's invoice. For payment by credit card, AmazonPay, or PayPal, you can check the receipt on My Page after payment is confirmed.
    • In the case of credit card payment, or if the name of the person placing the order is different from the name on the receipt, please enter your request in the comments field of the order process, as well as the name and address.
    Points

    Accumulated point system for the online store

    • Points associated with your order will be awarded one day after the date of shipment.
    • Two points will be awarded for every 100 yen (tax included) spent on a single product purchase.
    • You can use 1 point as 1 yen.
    • Points will not be awarded for the cost of handbags, shipping, packaging, cash on delivery, guest purchases on your Amazon account, orders placed through this site by phone, fax, or mail, and certain other items designated by the Company. Amounts equivalent to the use of points are also not eligible for points.
    • Points and expiration date can be checked on My Page after logging in.
    • Points can be used for purchases made after logging in to the site. However, points may not be used for certain products designated by the Company.
    • Members may not exchange points for cash under any circumstances.
    • Points cannot be transferred to a third party.
    • Points are valid for one year from the date of the last purchase. If points are not granted or used within the expiration date, the points will become invalid. Please note that we will not notify you of the expiration date, so please manage your points carefully.
