There are many yuzu liqueurs on the market, but only the citrus liqueur Yuzu from Yamakami Kaju Herb Garden has the distinction of "blending the original spirit brewed and distilled from yuzu fruit with pressed yuzu juice without the skin". The cordial is a concentrated syrup pressed from yuzu soaked in glacial sugar. It is sweet and bittersweet, and everyone from children to adults will love the taste.
