The yuzu that we have worked so hard to cultivate have finally borne fruit and are ready to be delivered to you. The juice can be squeezed and used in nabe (hot pot) and pickles. The yellow peel can be lightly grated and used as yuzu salt, soaked in honey to make yuzu tea, or soaked in sugar to make tea or sweets. The whole citron can be enjoyed as a whole.
