Yamakami Kaju Yakusyoen will soon begin harvesting and shipping evergreen fragrant acid open-air sudachi . We would like to introduce some dishes using sudachi so that you can fully enjoy the approximately 30 pieces we will deliver to you. Based on many recipes on the Internet, the staff of Matsuyama Yushi tried their first sudachi dish (some recipes are slightly modified ).

All you need is bread, butter, honey and sudachi. I think this is the best toast for summer because you can directly feel the freshness of sudachi. The sudachi is not too overpowering and has a "sweet and sour with a hint of sour" flavor. It was a new discovery for me! It was a new discovery for me.

I never thought cream pasta and sudachi would go well together, but the richness of the cream combined with the tartness and freshness of the sudachi made it very tasty.
