This original soap dish is made in the Koishiwara ceramic tradition in Toho Village, Fukuoka Prefecture. The traditional method of creating a pattern uses a brush to create brush marks and a springy metal plane (kanna) to lightly cut the traditional patterns known as tobikanna that we used. Please use this item, with its heart-warming atmosphere and carefully handed down materials, in your daily life.
