This small holdall is made of Rapie crepe using the traditional method long handed down in Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture. The asymmetrical design, with a gusset on only one side, makes the contents readily visible and really easy to arrange in actual use, particularly with the small inside pockets.The crepe material not only retains heat and sheds moisture but is also strong and very light, making it ideal for the Japanese climate.
