This eyebrow brush is made in Kumano, Hiroshima. The bristles are carefully finished by hand using the back bristles of the water bugger, also known as the water moushina. The bristles are thick and firm at the base, and the tips are thin and supple. The shaft is made of mountain cherry wood.
