treatment
When used on the skin, dilute with wild herb body oil unscented or a commercially available carrier oil to 0.5 to 2.0% before use. Mix 1 to 2 drops of essential oil per 1 teaspoon of carrier oil. For sensitive skin, start with 1 drop of essential oil. Massage your neck and temples with your hands to gently smell the essential oil fragrance. Another easy way to enjoy an aromatic bath is to add one or two drops of essential oil to a cup of hot water. We also recommend using an aroma diffuser or a Yamazakura aroma tray.
Precautions for use
Essential oils are not to be applied directly to the skin. Do not apply undiluted solution directly to skin or mucous membranes. Do not drink. Do not drink. When using essential oils in bathing methods or bath salts, avoid putting essential oils directly into hot water. The essential oil will float on the surface of the liquid, which may cause irritation, dermatitis, etc. if the concentrated essential oil comes in direct contact with the skin.
