[Certified Organic (JAS)]
We are pleased to offer in-season, field-grown Sudachi citrus from the Yamagami Fruit & Herb Garden. Please enjoy the refreshing aroma and vibrant acidity characteristic of this Japanese citrus fruit. Although the fruit may vary in size and have minor surface blemishes, the entire fruit—including the skin—can be used. This is a limited-time offer available from 11:00 AM on Monday, August 24, to 4:00 PM on Friday, September 4.
To prevent pests and diseases, we apply Organic JAS-certified pesticides only twice a year at the minimum necessary dilution rate. We do not ship fruit that shows significant signs of pest or disease damage.

[Important Notes on Ordering]
・Shipping will begin on Wednesday, September 9. We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates.
・If purchased together with other products, your order will be shipped along with the "Organic Field-Grown Sudachi" (shipping begins on or after September 9).
・Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges based on customer preference.
・A 750g package typically contains around 30 pieces, varying in size. While we inspect each one to ensure it is suitable for consumption, some may have surface blemishes caused by wind or rain. Please note that as no preservatives or wax coatings are used, mold may develop if stored in poorly ventilated areas. After receiving your order, please store the fruit in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator. Storing them in a sealed plastic bag inside the refrigerator will help maintain their freshness and flavor for longer.
・Please note that some of the sudachi citrus fruits may become soft or damaged due to shocks sustained during transport. We appreciate your understanding.

Ingredient name

Sudachi citrus (produced in Sanagochi Village, Tokushima Prefecture)

treatment

From the staff at Yamagami Fruit & Herb Garden
"In Tokushima, it is common practice to squeeze fresh sudachi citrus over sashimi, fried foods, and grilled fish. It pairs exceptionally well with noodles, too; people often squeeze it into the dipping sauces for somen or udon. It is also used in alcoholic beverages, and you will frequently see 'Sudachi Mojitos' on the menus at local establishments. Many people simply enjoy squeezing it into unsweetened sparkling water. Sometimes, it is even squeezed over vanilla ice cream. Locally, the standard way to use sudachi is not so much as an ingredient during cooking, but rather by squeezing it over the food to taste right before eating." *Start with about half a teaspoon and adjust the amount to your liking.
