The juice extracted from Japanese lemons using our proprietary Marugoto Kawakezuri method is combined with cane sugar and yeast for fermentation and distillation in our plant. The resulting spirit is then blended with kawanashi (peel-free)-pressed lemon juice and concentrated lemon syrup (cordial). There is a sweet note on top of the sour flavor and an aroma that is reminiscent of essential oil. The lemon in this liqueur remains long after you finish drinking it.
