At Yamagami Citrus and Herb Garden, we use the "Pelatrice" to extract the essential yuzu oils included in our formulations for aroma. The process forcefully scrapes off the peel and then presses the deformed oil sacks to extract. What makes the Pelatrice so good is that the essential oil and juice never come in contact. There is very little deterioration of the essential oil, so you can enjoy its full, fresh aroma.

Characteristic Ingredients

- Betaine derived from spinach has a structure similar to that of amino acids and holds moisture in the stratum corneum to moisturize the skin and improve its texture.
- Yuzu peel oil
- This is a natural essential oil made from Japanese citron. Since it is extracted by perlatrice, there is little alteration of the essential oil, and its refreshing and slightly bitter aroma can be enjoyed.
