・Preferably on the rocks at first. Enjoy the taste of the whole yuzu.
If you prefer a lighter drink, we recommend drinking it with carbonated water.
The distiller at Yamakami Kaju Yakusoen has devised a recipe that calls for one-third gin, vodka, or shochu, one-third citrus liqueur, and one-third carbonated soda.
Some staff members like to drink it fruity with 120 mL of beer and 60 mL of liqueur.
