Yamagami Citrus and Herb Garden Marugoto Peeling Domestic Japanese Yuzu and Iyokan Juice

We use only domestic Japanese yuzu and iyokan as our raw materials. This product is a mixture of "pressed vinegar from Marugoto Peeling domestic Japanese yuzu" (not from concentrate), and straight iyokan juice. Enjoy the intense acidity of the yuzu and the subtle sweetness of the iyokan. * We will deliver products with at least 4 months remaining to the best-by date at the time of order. Manufactured with our proprietary "Marugoto Peeling (R)" method. After removing the peel, we cut the fruit in half and pass it through a roller to press the pulp and extract fresh juice. Kawanashi Pressed Fruit Juice contains almost no flavonoids or limonoids, the sources of bitterness and astringency found in the peel. The flavor and the mouth feel are clean and invigorating. The unfiltered juice contains fiber for a rich, thick mouth feel.
