We use only domestic Japanese yuzu, and we only produce from straight fruit juice, not from concentrate. You will love the intense acidity that is characteristic of yuzu. It is more than just a seasoning. It can be used as the basis for flavoring food, or even imbibed mixed with water or soda. The Kankitsu Cordial adds a touch of sweetness for easier enjoyment.
Manufactured with our proprietary "Marugoto Peeling (R)" method. After removing the peel, we cut the fruit in half and pass it through a roller to press the pulp and extract fresh juice. Kawanashi Pressed Fruit Juice contains almost no flavonoids or limonoids, the sources of bitterness and astringency found in the peel. The flavor and the mouth feel are clean and invigorating. The unfiltered juice contains fiber for a rich, thick mouth feel.

Yuzu no Shibori Vinegar Jelly
Smooth to the palate, with a perfect balance of sour and sweet tastes.
[Ingredients] 70 ml vinegar squeezed from whole peeled Japanese citron, 270 ml water, 70 g sugar, 5 g agar (gelling agent)
Heat the "Yuzu no Shibori Vinegar" to 60-70℃. Meanwhile, put the sugar and agar in a saucepan and mix well. Once mixed, add water a little at a time, bring to a boil, add the warmed juice, and pour into the mold. Remove from heat and place in the refrigerator when it begins to harden. Serve when well chilled.
