Give a gift with eGift
e-Gifts" can be easily sent through social networking services such as LINE or by e-mail without knowing the recipient's address. All the recipient has to do is enter the address and desired date and time on the sent web page to receive the gift. A notification of the completion of the entry will also be automatically sent to the person who placed the order. ※e-Gifts are not eligible for international shipping.

way of giving
Select an e-Gift eligible product and click on "Send an e-Gift (have the recipient enter their address)" to complete the purchase process.
Enter the payment method and client address. *The recipient will not see the giver's address.
Once the purchase is completed, a "Receiving URL" will be issued. Copy it and send it to the recipient via e-mail, LINE, SNS, etc.
How to receive
You will receive an e-Gift URL.
Enter your name, address, delivery date and time, and other necessary information. The information entered will not be displayed to the gift giver.
The gift will be delivered to the delivery address you entered at a later date.

As with regular products, shipping is a flat rate of 500 yen (tax included) nationwide, with free shipping for orders of 5,500 yen (tax included) or more.
Four types of message cards are available. Please select "Send as an e-Gift (have the recipient enter their address)" on the product page of your choice, and you will see the message card section.
Hanging paper is available for congratulatory events (hana-knots, 5 or 10 knots) and for mourning events. Please select "Send as an e-Gift (have the recipient enter their address)" on the product page of your choice, and you will see the "Noshi-gami" section.
Please note that gifts other than boxes are not available for e-Gift products.
When you select "Send as e-Gift (have the recipient enter their address)," the "Please enter the name of the giver" will appear, where you can enter any name you wish.
You will receive an "e-Gift URL notification" e-mail after your order is completed.
The deadline for receiving the gift is 23:59, 7 days after the purchase is completed. Please send the URL to the recipient by the deadline, and set the recipient's address and the date and time to receive the gift on the page for receiving the gift. If the entry is not completed by 5:00 p.m. on the day before the expiration date, a reminder e-mail will be sent to the recipient of the gift to complete the receiving procedures.
Upon expiration, the receipt URL issued will become invalid and will be automatically cancelled.
As soon as the recipient has entered the required information, an e-mail will be sent to the giver.
You cannot order at the same time. Please order each item separately.
Only one receiving URL can be issued per order. If you wish to send an e-Gift to more than one person, please place a separate order for each person.
Please be assured that the client information on the delivery slip will include the address and phone number of Matsuyama Yushi.
