Deep Moist

Deep Moist, which deeply moisturizes dry or dry sensitive skin and leads to clear skin, is a skincare product that utilizes the power of fermentation. Deep Moist is a moisturizing product that contains peach juice fermented liquid*, a unique skin beautifying ingredient made from peaches grown in Yamanashi Prefecture, and rice fermented liquid, which is highly effective in moisturizing, as well as the new power of fermentation, soy milk fermented liquid. The power of three ferments

Fermentation is the breakdown of organic matter by the action of microorganisms such as yeast, koji mold, and lactic acid bacteria. Fermentation produces amino acids, sugars, and other ingredients essential for beautiful skin. The decomposition also reduces the molecular weight of the ingredients, making it easier for them to penetrate the stratum corneum and demonstrate their usefulness. The Deep Moist type is a combination of three fermentation liquids with different characteristics.
  • Peach juice fermentation liquid

    It is a unique skin care ingredient obtained by fermenting the juice from Yamanashi peaches with a yeast fungus called Lipomyces. The main ingredient is a polysaccharide composed of mannose, galactose, and glucuronic acid, which are monosaccharides. When combined with other moisturizing ingredients, it exerts a synergistic effect, increasing the skin's moisture content and improving the skin's texture.
  • Rice fermentation liquid (Sake)

    The main ingredient is amino acid, a natural moisturizing factor that plays an important barrier function in the stratum corneum. Two types of sake from the Ichinokura Sake Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture are used in the formula. Sake is rich in amino acids because rice proteins are broken down into amino acids through fermentation. The normal retention of natural moisturizing factors protects the skin from dryness and external stimuli.
  • Soy milk fermentation liquid

    This extract is obtained by fermenting soy milk with lactic acid bacteria. Soy isoflavone is an ingredient that is believed to function similarly to female hormones. Soy milk fermented solution is rich in aglycon-type soy isoflavone, which has become highly absorbable through fermentation. Continued use increases the skin's moisture content and leads to skin with firmness and elasticity.

The useful ingredients of plants are dissolved in the water and oil that make up the majority of the formulas used in Hokuroku Sosui cosmetics. Wild grasses and other useful plants are harvested in season when their ingredients are at their peak, dried until the ingredients are concentrated, and then soaked in subterranean water and plant oils from Mt. Inspired by the ancient Japanese medicinal baths, we have developed our own ingredients, which we call "soaked herb water" and "soaked herb oil," and have blended them into our products. The water and oil that form the base of Deep Moist are infused with evidence of the present, which is rich in polyphenols and leads to firm skin, and ingredients from the sweet tea vine, which keeps skin fresh.
