On Saturday,September4, 2024, we received a report from Sekitu Corporation ("Sekitu"), the provider of the "Cloud Thomas" warehouse management system used in our online store, that "personal information may have been leaked as a result of a cyber attack by ransomware. ("Sekitsu"), the provider of the warehouse management system "Cloud Thomas" used in our online store, reported that there is a possibility of personal information leakage due to a cyber-attack by ransomware.
After receiving the report, we have been in close contact with Sekitu and have requested information on whether or not a leak of personal information has occurred and the extent of damage, placing the highest priority on promptly providing accurate information to our customers. The results were posted on our website on September7 (first report), September24 (second report), and September30 (third report). On October8, we received a final report from Sekitu stating that "as a result of a series of investigations by an external security specialist company and continuous monitoring of the leaked site, no information leakage has been confirmed. The company has posted an article on its website and submitted a similar report to the Personal Information Protection Commission.

After this incident occurred, on September 20, we sent a written request for information to the Director of the Emergency Response Office. The details of the request are as follows
In the event that the leakage of personal information from the Kantu server is revealed, the Group must individually inform its more than 00,000 customers of the leakage and apologize for the leakage of their personal information. Therefore, in the event that a leak of personal information by the Group becomes apparent, we would like to receive a report by the end of the day without delay, as well as the provision of data on the content of the leak.
In response to the above request, we received a response on the same day from the Director of the Cyber Terrorism Emergency Countermeasures Office at Kantoku, stating that if an information leak is confirmed, it will be reported promptly on the same day. Therefore, we recognize that no information leakage has occurred at this point in time.
