We are pleased to bring you organic yuzu citrus, lovingly cultivated this year at Yamagami Fruit & Herb Garden. Grate the yellow zest to use as a flavorful condiment or to make yuzu salt. The freshly squeezed juice is perfect for drizzling over hot pot dishes or pickles, or for mixing with syrup ( such as our Citrus Yuzu Cordial ) and hot water to create a warming drink. Even after juicing, the fruit retains plenty of flavor; try soaking the pulp in honey or rock sugar to create your own homemade yuzu syrup. We invite you to enjoy the whole fruit—zest and all.
