Awa Suzuka" was created by crossbreeding yuzu and sudachi, and is characterized by its refreshing Japanese citrus aroma, high juice content, and aroma that does not change even when heated. Last year, 2025, we had a good harvest of Awa Suzuka. We were asked by a neighboring farmer to make a jam using the recipe we used to produce and sell before, and we will deliver it to you.
It is recommended for toast as it goes well with the flavor of butter. It is also good with yogurt, ice cream, dessert cheese, and cheesecake. Please take this opportunity to try Awa Suzuka's jam, which is rarely sold outside of Tokushima Prefecture.
