This incense burner is produced by a stone artist who works on the north side of Mt. Fuji. He chooses each of the stones himself from the beach between Manazuru and Odawara. No two are exactly alike. Requires a nonflammable tray for use.*All stones are collected from permitted areas.

Precautions for use

Be sure to prepare a saucer to catch ashes before use. Please note that rubbing or scraping may scratch the bottom saucer. Since the product is made of natural materials, there may be individual differences in color and texture. The texture and color may change over time. After repeated use, the resin may accumulate around the insert, making it impossible to remove the incense. Please wipe off the tar with a soft cloth each time. Heat and tarnish may cause discoloration. Do not hit or drop the product against hard or sharp objects, as this may cause chipping or damage. Do not use the product near flammable materials such as walls or curtains, or in places where it is likely to fall over or where there is wind. Do not move the product or leave it unattended while it is ignited.
