When used on the skin, dilute wild herb body oil to 0.5 to 2.0% with unscented or commercially available carrier oil before use. Mix 1 to 2 drops of essential oil per 1 teaspoon of carrier oil. For sensitive skin, start with 1 drop of essential oil. Massage your neck and temples with your hands to gently smell the essential oil fragrance. Another easy way to enjoy an aromatic bath is to add one or two drops of essential oil to a cup of hot water. We also recommend using an aroma diffuser or a Yamazakura aroma tray.
