Take an appropriate amount in the palm of your hand, spread it on clean skin after bathing, and massage it in. Use on a warm body after bathing to enhance the massage effect. Unscented can also be used as a carrier oil. Mix 1-2 drops of essential oil to 1 teaspoon. For sensitive skin, start with 1 drop of essential oil.
