After juice is extracted from Japanese lemons using our proprietary Marugoto Peel (R) method, we add cane sugar and yeast to ferment and distill on site. This spirit is then blended with no-peel extracted lemon juice and concentrated lemon syrup (cordial). The strong acidic flavor is balanced by a slight sweetness and a hint of the refreshing aroma of essential oil. It is a liqueur that lets you enjoy the lemon long after you're finished drinking.
