After juice is extracted with our proprietary Marugoto Peel (R) method, the sudachi fruit is combined with cane sugar and yeast for fermentation and distilling on site. The resulting spirit is combined with the fresh acidity of no-peel pressed sudachi juice and the refreshing, slightly spicy fragrance of essential oil.. This liqueur is full of sudachi flavor all the way to the finish.
Drinking alcohol by persons under 20 years of age is prohibited by law.

First, please try the taste of "Citrus Liqueur Sudachi" as it is. To drink on the rocks, fill a glass about 8 parts full of ice and pour in about one-third of the glass of "Citrus Liqueur Sudachi". As the ice slowly melts, the flavor will gradually change.
