Calendula (Calendula officinalis L.) is a flowering plant in the Asteraceae family. Also called calendula in Japan, it produces bright yellow or orange flowers. The flowers have long been used as a skin-protecting herb in many parts of the world. Leaf & Botanics "Calendula" is a skincare product that makes use of its usefulness. Flower extract, seed oil, and leached oil made by macerating the flowers in oil. Calendula ingredients are incorporated into all five items.

Calendula seed oil
This certified organic (BIO) oil is extracted from French calendula seeds. Containing linoleic acid and oleic acid, it softens the skin. It blends with sebum to form a thin film that prevents skin from drying out. -
Calendula leach oil*.
The flowers are macerated in organic sunflower oil. Oil-soluble extract ingredients including carotenoids, a type of vitamin A, are extracted. Its light texture spreads smoothly on the skin and beautifies the texture.

I could use it even with rough skin during hay fever season. I like the way it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and soothed. I also used it with a cotton ball and the cotton didn't seem to dry out between patting and kept my skin moisturized for a long time. The scent feels like a bluish herbal scent, which I think is different for different tastes, but I like it (combination skin).

It blended well with my skin, and using the emulsion after preparing my skin with the lotion and serum seemed to make my skin more hydrated. I was feeling rough skin due to the pollen flying around at that time of the year, but I continued to use the product as a monitor this time and my skin seems to be in good condition (Normal skin)

Emulsion
I was able to use 2 pumps for my entire face and even my décolleté. It was a little hard to see the effect of the emulsion since it moisturized my skin quite well up to the serum. I think it did its job as a lid. In the morning, I used half to one push, and I didn't feel dry after applying makeup. I think a small amount is good and cosmetically pleasing (combination skin).
I liked the spreadable texture and the fact that it was moisturizing but not sticky. It was easy to use before going to bed at night or before applying makeup in the morning.
I felt it was a lightweight type, but when I used it with oil, it was just right (combination skin).

Calendula" was developed to have moisturizing power to prevent rough skin on adults, and a pleasant texture and fragrance that can be used every day. The Serum, for which there were many questions about how to use, is an item whose amount and usage can be adjusted according to the season and the condition of the skin. Start with a few drops in parts, then a little more for the entire face when dryness is a concern.
