36 of them answered that they would like to use the product in the future. The most popular answer was "it is not sticky" (17 people), followed by the pleasant fragrance of natural essential oils and the moisturizing power of the product. Many of the respondents used it to care for their fingertips (preventing chafing). Please see below for some of the actual testimonials. On the other hand, there were some who said that the balm was not as moisturizing as they expected. We assume that this may be because we did not provide enough information about the balm, which is a solid oil that can be softened by the warmth of your hands before applying it to your skin. We have also received a comment that "it is difficult to know if it is safe to use on fingertips, hair, etc. only from the description on the package. - My fingertips get dry immediately after gel nail treatment. I usually use nail oil, but I felt "Herbal Balm" had higher moisturizing power.
