The Matsuyama Yushi Online Store offers gift wrapping services. We will package your selected products in a gift box, complete with a ribbon. You may also choose a message card suited to the occasion. To select gift wrapping, please follow the steps below on the cart screen.
[How to Order Gift Wrapping]
STEP 1
Please add the items you wish to have wrapped to your cart, then check the "Pack in a gift box" option on the cart screen. (Gift box: 300 yen, tax included)
STEP 2
Please select one of the following options: "Pack together," "Pack individually," or "Select products to pack."
*If you wish to select the message card type or message content for each individual gift, please configure these settings via "Select Products and Package."
STEP 3
Please select the type of packaging: "Ribbon" or "Kakegami" (decorative paper wrap). If you choose "Kakegami," please select the specific style and, if necessary, enter the name to be printed (including the reading/furigana).
STEP 4
If you would like a message card, please check the box labeled "Request a message card (free)" and select your preferred type. If you wish to include a message on the back, please enter it in the white box (maximum 76 characters; emojis not allowed). After entering your message, please select a font ("1. Yu Gothic" or "2. Yu Mincho").
STEP 5
*Only for those who selected "Select products and pack" in STEP 2.
Please select the items in your cart that you wish to give as gifts. If you would like to add a second gift, please check the "Add a second gift" box and repeat Steps 3 and 4.
STEP 6
Once you have finished making your selection, please press the "Confirm" button at the bottom.
STEP 7
Please review your gift settings to ensure everything is correct. The cost of the gift boxes (300 yen each, tax included) for the selected quantity will be added to the product price.
*If you wish to reconfigure the gift settings, please click "Reset gift settings."
STEP 8
Carry bags (40 yen each, tax included) are sold separately. If you would like one, please proceed to the carry bag page via the link labeled "Convenient carry bags and drawstring bags for gifts; please add them to your cart here if needed" and add the required quantity to your cart.
Please proceed to the checkout process.
[Important Notes]
・The gift wrapping fee is included in the "Gift Set." There is no need to select a gift box.
・For international shipments, items cannot be packed in gift boxes.
・Our staff will select the appropriate gift box size based on the size and combination of the products.
・We do not accept requests for delivery to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each delivery address.
・ If you are placing a bulk order and selecting items individually is difficult, please order the required number of these gift boxes and specify the set contents, packaging preferences, etc., in the comments section on the cart screen.
