① Yuzu Cordial Mix Set (2,052 yen) – Set contents:
Yuzu Cordial (200 mL x 1 bottle) & Yuzu Squeezed Vinegar (285 mL x 1 pouch)
This set includes a sweet and slightly bitter yuzu cordial (a concentrated syrup) and pure, straight yuzu juice that has not been made from concentrate. In regions where Japanese citrus fruits are grown, citrus juice is often referred to as "shibori-zu" (literally "squeezed vinegar"), a term that inspired the name of this product at Yamagami Fruit & Herb Garden.
As this pressed vinegar is quite tart, please be sure to dilute it before drinking. If you enjoy a sour taste, try mixing it with sparkling water; if you prefer a touch of sweetness, you can add a cordial to your liking. Diluting it with milk or soy milk creates a mellow drink that goes down smoothly. It is something you might find palatable even when you have little appetite.
② Sudachi Cordial Mix Set (2,052 yen) – Set contents:
Yuzu Cordial (200 mL) x 1 bottle; Sudachi Citrus Juice (285 mL) x 1 pouch
This set features a sweet and slightly bitter yuzu cordial (concentrated syrup) and pure, straight sudachi citrus juice that has not been made from concentrate. In regions where Japanese citrus fruits are grown, the juice is often referred to as "shibori-zu" (literally "squeezed vinegar"), a term that inspired the name of this product. Sudachi offers an even more vivid and intense flavor profile than yuzu, characterized by a sharp acidity.
As this squeezed vinegar is quite tart, please be sure to dilute it before drinking. If you enjoy a sour taste, try mixing it with sparkling water; if you prefer a touch of sweetness, you can add a cordial to the mix. In the summer, it is also recommended to add a splash to *somen* noodle dipping sauce.

Yuzu and Iyokan Juice (550 mL x 1 pouch) & Yuzu Cordial (200 mL x 1 bottle)
The juice is made from pure, unadulterated fruit—not from concentrate. By skillfully blending yuzu and Iyokan citrus, we have created a juice that is intensely tart yet smooth, without any harsh or sharp edges. We have also included a cordial—a sweet and slightly bitter yuzu syrup. If you find the juice too tart, simply add a little cordial to sweeten it and make it easier to drink. Thanks to its light consistency, the cordial is also delicious drizzled over shaved ice.
④ Yuzu Sparkling Liqueur 2-Bottle Set (1,320 yen) – Set contents: Yuzu Ginger Sparkling* (330mL x 2 bottles)

This sparkling beverage offers a light, refreshing taste that is perfect for hot, humid days. It combines yuzu spirit and yuzu juice—free from bitterness or harsh astringency—with soda water, and features a zesty kick from the juice of Japanese-grown ginger. Please enjoy it well-chilled.
We take the extra step of shaving off the outer peel before squeezing the yuzu juice. This prevents any bitterness or harshness from the peel from transferring to the juice, resulting in a clean mouthfeel and a crisp finish.
