The line consists of five items, including a soap and body soap that utilize bamboo charcoal, which absorbs dirt from pores and excess sebum. The bamboo charcoal is made from bamboo harvested from abandoned bamboo forests in Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture. It is slowly smoked in a charcoal kiln with a maximum temperature of over 1000℃. The surface of the resulting bamboo charcoal has countless microscopic pores with excellent adsorption properties. Inspired by bamboo charcoal, we blended patchouli essential oil, which is described as having the scent of India ink, with eucalyptus and tea tree essential oils. It is a clean and clear fragrance that refreshes you in the busy season of new milestones with the arrival of fresh greenery. The essential oils do not contain bamboo charcoal.

Q1. Please tell us why you decided to create a product using bamboo charcoal raw materials.

Recently, bamboo charcoal has been attracting attention for its excellent adsorption power and natural origin, and is becoming more and more familiar to us in foods that make use of its pigmentation and in household products designed to deodorize and deodorize. One of the reasons for creating the bamboo charcoal series was that I was surprised by the impact and taste of a café latte containing bamboo charcoal powder when I drank it for the first time several years ago. In the course of my search for raw materials, I was introduced to bamboo charcoal, which is carefully produced in Japan, and I was inspired to create a product that combines the powerful color and functionality of bamboo charcoal. We created this product with the aim of making it comfortable to use as we move from the fresh spring days to the slightly humid season.
Q2. soap, body soap, and scrub are each black in color with the characteristics of bamboo charcoal, but are there any differences in comfort and washability?

Bamboo charcoal has excellent adsorption properties and cleanses dirt and sebum. The soap and body soap provide a smooth and silky finish, while the body care scrub contains oil to provide a smooth and moist wash.
Q3. What kind of impression will the essential oil bamboo charcoal scent give? What kind of usage would you recommend?

We blended it to give a clean and clear impression, inspired by the adsorption properties of bamboo charcoal. We combined the deep scent of patchouli with the fresh scent of eucalyptus and tea tree. Use it around the water or at the entrance to refresh your mind. Use the aroma tray or aroma diffuser made of mountain cherry blossoms to enjoy the fragrance.
