Why can it be used "in between" water work? It is because it contains adsorbed hyaluronic acid, which does not easily fall off when washed with water. Moisture quickly penetrates the horny layer. It dries quickly, so your hands will be dry even if you use it in the summer.
The cool feeling is due to menthol condensed from the coolness of light mint. The fragrance is a blend of two natural essential oils, lemon and lime, giving it a fresh and bright citrus scent.
