By warming the ball in a microwave oven before massaging, it improves blood circulation and relieves tired and stiff muscles. Please use it while warming up the parts of your body that are bothering you, from head to foot. A kit is also available to make massage balls while enjoying the lively aroma and ingredients of wild herbs.
Directions: Place this product on a heatproof plate and warm in a microwave oven. To prevent ignition due to over-drying, be sure to warm the product together with a heat-resistant container filled with water. Warming time is 30 to 40 seconds at 500W.
Expiration date: The product should be used when the fragrance becomes weak or when it becomes difficult to warm up.
Approximate time to keep warm: 10-15 minutes.
