We are relieved that our carefully selected and enhanced moisturizing ingredients, including a 20% increase in ceramide (a moisturizing ingredient) and the new inclusion of niacinamide, which helps to condition the skin, have been felt and appreciated. On the other hand, unfortunately, there were some who "did not want to use" or "neither" the product due to its feel or compatibility with their skin. We are reminded of the difficulty of developing products that satisfy all customers. The Moisturizing Skin Care Series offers three types of cleansers, two types of lotion (moisturizing penetrating water), milky lotion, cream, and special care products such as serums and masks to suit all skin types and skin conditions. Since the combination of these products can change the finish of the skin, we would like to provide more information on how to select and use them.
