Wooden cask fermented Awa konban tea

This is a new product from Yamakami Kaju Yakusen. It comes from the middle of the Nagawa River, a clear stream in Tokushima Prefecture. In recent years, lactic acid bacteria and the health effects of lactic acid bacteria fermented foods have continued to attract attention, and Awa Bancha is also a lactic acid bacteria fermented tea. It is said to harbor about 30 types of lactic acid bacteria.

The standard amount of tea leaves is 5-10g and 500mL of boiling water. The brewing time is 2 to 3 minutes, or 5 minutes more if you like it thicker. You can enjoy the mellow taste just by doing so. Please enjoy it every day to keep your body healthy from the inside out.
